"Let me begin by saying that the subject covered in this story is definitely NOT my cup of tea. The treatment of women in it goes against every fiber of my being. That said , the story itself was well written. At one point, I found myself wondering if two people had written this book. The change after she ran away was so drastic and although I could understand his anger towards her, what shocked 😲 me was the change to his character, especially when there was absolutely no hint to this side of him in all the previous chapters I had actually considered discontinuing reading , but I found myself needing to know how it all turned out. I even floated the idea of just skipping to the end, but as a dedicated reader, it is not something I could bring myself to do. Just stopping would be easier. Believe me, it was hard reading the stuff I had to , but in the end, I was glad 😊 because I was very pleased with the HEA ending. So for that thank you. I also thought of not leaving a review because I really didn't know what to say, but I didn't think that would be fair to you. So this is me sharing my honest thoughts. It is clear to see that as a writer, you have talent and storytelling ability. Although there are areas that definitely need editing. But your subject matter is just not for me. Not that I haven't read BDSM before, but yours was on a whole different level and not something I am willing to repeat. I did, however, like the background story that was being told. All said, congratulations are in order for doing a great job. "
