Chapter 1:The Silence That Screams
They said the walls never speak… but I swear, last night, I heard them whisper my name.
The hallway was silent, yet my heart pounded like a trapped bird. Every creak of the old wooden floor felt like a warning.
Behind the closed door, shadows moved. Voices—low, urgent, and cold—argued about my fate.
I pressed my ear against the door, holding my breath.
One sentence cut through the silence like a knife:
> "Her freedom ends tonight."
I stumbled backward, choking on fear. No one was supposed to know.
No one was supposed to hear.
And yet, deep down, I realized something horrifying…
The real secret wasn’t behind the closed doors.
The real secret was why they were locked.
