What is your opinion?

A tender and captivating tale.

""Ricordi di Moi” is an absolutely beautiful story. It captures love, longing, and youth with breathtaking elegance. Ellora, Luca, and Adrien’s emotions feel so real that you can’t help but be swept into their world. I fell in love with the characters that at times I was rooting for Adrien and at other times for Luca. The author’s writing is vivid and heart stirring, every word lingers like the scent of fresh croissants and lilacs in the air. A tender, captivating tale that flutters the heart and stays with you long after the finish reading.🌸❤️"

Memories of Me

"In the beautiful town of Colmar located in the northeastern part of France, lives a dedicated dreamer named Ellora. Beautiful and smart, she spends her time brewing coffee and making croissants with Luca in his family's bakery. Luca has grown quite fond of Ellora during their childhood years, and he thinks he may even have even fallen in love with her now that they are both teenagers. But when to tell her? That is the imposing question and Luca prepares himself to confess his love to Ellora in the most romantic place he can think of. For Lucas that is the bakery. Then he arrives in Colmar. A new boy in school with dark, good looks and an expensive, well-maintained motorcycle. His name is Adrien and he immediately becomes the talk of the town. Adrien however is interested in only one person and that is Ellora Moreau. As Adrien slowly seduces young Ellora with his boldness and wealth, does Luca still have a chance with his attractive but safe and 'ordinary' life? I truly enjoyed the beautiful language the author uses. Whether or not Isla Vance is a native English speaker, she writes with elegance, confidence, and a seamless grasp of the language. The characters are well-drawn: Adrien exudes the unmistakable energy of the classic “bad boy,” the kind who can turn a quiet girl’s world upside down. And Luca—sweet, loyal Luca—feels like the boy you can’t help but root for. This story shines as a gem of tender romance, one that hints at heartbreak and danger if Ellora isn’t careful. "

It takes me into a dream world!

"What a beautiful story! 🌸 Ricordi di moi 🌸 pulled me into Ellora’s world so effortlessly - I could practically smell the bakeries, hear the lilacs rustling, and feel the tension between Luca’s gentle steadiness and Adrien’s daring spark. Your writing is so vivid and heartfelt, my dear! Every description creates fascinating images in my mind. I especially love how you weave small-town charm with emotional intensity, making every quiet moment count. The characters already feel real to me. I haven't read all the chapters of the story yet, but I can confidently say that this story is worth the time and draws you into the emotions of its characters. I can’t wait to see where you take them next.💕💕💕 p.s. After finishing the story I am even more captivated by it! The ending brought a lot of smiles and warmth to me. Well done!"

Male's perspective.

"I'll be honest - this is my first time reading a story from a female narrator's perspective, and wow, what an eye-opener. I didn't expect to get so drawn into Ellora's world, but here I am at chapter 18 completely hooked. What really impressed me is how the author gives each character their own distinct personality and somehow makes them stay true to it throughout. Luca and Adrien couldn't be more different, and watching Ellora navigate between them reminded me of those K-drama love triangles I used to watch on our family tv(you know the ones 😂). That same tension and emotional pull, but it hits different when it's written this beautifully. I found myself relating to both guys in weird ways - financially I'm more of a Luca, but personality-wise? Adrien all the way, even though he's literally my complete opposite. That's how well-written these characters are - you see yourself in them even when you shouldn't. The setting of Colmar is gorgeous too. The way the author describes the canals, the bakery, the whole atmosphere... it's like you're right there. Overall, loved the story. If you're a guy hesitant about reading female narratives, give this one a shot. It's worth it."

Ricordi Di Moi

"Wow! In just a few days, this story has completely stolen my heart, all thanks to the author’s utterly heart-fluttering narration. Sure, love triangles always thrill romance fans, but this story soars far above the usual lines. Every emotion—Ellora’s, Luca’s, Adrien’s—is woven so beautifully that your heart can’t help but float on cloud nine. Don’t believe me? Just read a chapter or two, and the story will wrap around you, pulling you in effortlessly. What I adored most is how the entire journey of this trio is sprinkled with moments that make your chest race and your heart flutter. I’m on the edge of my seat, eagerly waiting to see the twists, turns, and the breathtaking ending that awaits them."

Constructive Review (based on the first six chapters)

"The story gently and emotionally immerses the reader in the inner world of young Ellora, who finds herself torn between two boys —each with a distinct personality, different family background, and unique way of expressing interest. With remarkable sensitivity and a well-balanced blend of descriptive and narrative style, the author paints an emotional landscape that transcends its role as mere background and becomes an active element of the story. The urban setting is not just an aesthetic addition, but a reflection of Ellora’s inner turmoil—her restlessness, longing, and anticipation. Its subdued intensity allows the reader to engage deeply with the narrative without being overwhelmed by excessive imagery. Ellora’s dilemma is universal and therefore highly relatable: the choice between reason and emotion, between safety and passion, is clearly outlined from the very first pages. The author successfully establishes an emotional connection between the protagonist and the reader, adding depth and resonance to the story. Highly recommended. Message to the author: At this point, my review is based on the first six chapters that have been made available. I look forward to exploring the development of secondary characters, the analysis of dialogues and monologues, and a deeper thematic reflection as I continue reading. A truly beautiful piece of work—sincere congratulations to the author. 👍 "

Sugar and...sugar!

"The writer has kept to her style and intentions when going into this story and it could been from the starting to end, which is a skill that requires discipline. Luca was a nice touch as a way for the female character to discover and reconnect her way to Adrien. Basically showing Luca's importance in this story. Love doesn't come easily or in a snap and the writer has managed to show that, in a simple language. No over the top which continues to maintain the nature of the story. The bakery...and ect. has managed to give me a feel and image of something warm and homely, cottage like. Well done girl! I am happy for you to have written this entire thing! That itself is a huge accomplishment. "
