Summary

REYANSH- acing academics and maintaining a perfect profile in sports (seems done), then working hard toinherit my father's business ( done) well at least it was all done until that certain someone disrupted my only foundation of ''peace'' and ''composure'', remind me again what was I even like before her? Beneath the stillness they mistake for control, beneath the distance I wear like armour, something unsettles in me whenever her gaze collides with mine. She doesn’t see the untouchable figure they all whisper about instead she sees the cracks, the edges I try to keep hidden. To her, I’m not some throne they should kneel before, but a barricade she refuses to stop pushing against. ADA-being a topper has never been a big deal not when I wanted to study abroad and had my goal set, being the perfect child to elders and a good bubbly friend to workmates and obedient to any work given has been perfect but what to do when the arrogant popular man brings out my resting irritated personality out and destroys all my maintained years of personality in one click. I never admitted I needed someone in my life but did ask GOD to send someone for me but...but..but looks like i forgot to mention not an 'assholic someone'. I have sarcasm for breakfast, indifference for dinner, a wall no one bothers to climb. It’s easier that way, keeping people at arm’s length before they can choose to leave. But when his eyes find me, steady and unshaken, something cracks in the mask I’ve worn for too long. I don’t want to be admired, I don’t want to be feared , I just want someone reckless enough to stay when I push, someone who sees the softness I keep buried beneath the ruins of my pride. But him..... godddd this will be one of a hectic journey for sure
