Where thing go awry
It started as a normal day for Adam,but everything changed once he got home that evening.
Adam on the way home from the supermarket after buying the groceries met his friend Laise. The two friends talked about all the thing that happened when they're were highschoolers and how much they missed that moments. Then Laise suddenly talked his feeling out telling Adam about a dream he had. The dream showed a man whose appearance he cannot see but felt very familiar and the man sat on the chair looking devastated before turning into a resolved and determined look. Laise told Adam's that he got a real bad feeling that day and advised Adam to be careful, but Adam shrugged it off and comforted Laise saying he be careful.
The two friends departed home that evening, Adam arrived at his home and opened the door but hear no response, usually his mother or little sister would greet him but then his heart dropped. He saw his father choking on his mother nad his little sister lying motionless on the floor. Adam instincly assault his father with a glass mug he bought as his mother birthday present and landed directly on his father face, but Adam felt something wrong because his father took it with little to no resistance. As they've both were falling then Adam saw it, his father face was regerenating, not from flesh and bone but more like insect like. His father was a monster.
Knowing he was a monster Adam continued the assault but to no avail as his father stopped it and kicked him off. Adam desperately ask why he did that, why he killed his own family to which he replied "Isn't it obvious, I am an alien that assumed the identity of a human. Do not mistaken me for a fake father as you come from my seed. The decision was made based on you,you didn't carry my ability despite being half blood". Then Adam father suddenly stopped talking, he finally realized that Adam wasn't born without an ability, it awakened a bit late. Finally knowing the weight of his decision Adam's father told him to meet at the family basement once he's ready. Adam feeling devastated sat on a chair for two days before finally solidied his resolved,before Adam enter the basement he buried his family and pay his final respect. Once he's done Adam poured gasoline all over the house before lighting it and finally entering the basement. Adam changed whether for good or worse,he wanted the family secrets to not leak to those outside and being made into laughing stock. What happened next stay within the family basement.
