"I love the characters. I love the overall story as well as the story behind the story. I'm super curious to find out more about the setting and the world. I LOVE the chemistry between the characters. The setting feels so alive, filled with so much background. It's a story so well done that I am afraid of it ending while I'm still in the first couple of chapters. PLEASE keep this story going forever, yes?"

"I absolutely love Zhak'orr so far, and the plot always leaves me coming back for more! Aleksandra creates such vivid images of the setting and characters that it feels like I'm there. Plus, who doesn't love some witches, orcs, elves, and dwarves? The banter and dialogue between characters are great as well. Setting the story in the 1920s just adds to the racial tensions and feelings surrounding the taboo bond formed between Layla and Khurzog. This story is highly addictive, and I can't recommend it enough!"
