"This first offspring book we get to see Daris and his ridged Octnavin side and Sloan’s playful side. He’s like a teenager who likes to stir things up and watch what happens. I love the playfulness between Daris, Ren and Tory. Even though they are grown they all still have that youthful playfulness. I felt bad for Ren trying to carry so much responsibility and shame alone. Ren has such a tender soul he would do anything for those he cares about. He worked so hard to keep Ann alive and I’m glad Ike was able to help her. I love the journey Daris, Ren and Tory go on together and it broke my heart when both of them left Ren. I’m happy that they were able to be together again. I can’t wait to see how this series moves forward. Wonderful job author. 💞🩷💞"
