Chapter 1

đŸȘ·The FiancĂ©

Humza never imagined two girls would fight over him. At twenty-eight, with average looks and a quiet nature, he had always believed he was invisible to women. But Hazel — bold, unpredictable, eighteen and full of fire — changed everything.

The first time she argued with another girl in front of him, Humza was too shocked to react. Hazel’s sharp eyes burned with jealousy, her words quick and reckless.

> “If any other girl tries to talk to you tomorrow,” she warned him, “I’ll marry you even earlier just to stop her.”

Humza blinked, stunned. He had never seen such possessiveness from someone so young.

Inside, he thought: I’m just an ordinary man
why is this beautiful girl fighting for me like this?

Hazel didn’t stop there. With a pout and fiery glare, she added:

> “Don’t tease me, Humza. Otherwise, I’ll talk to other boys just to make you jealous.”

And before he could respond, she shocked him again — hugging him tightly in front of everyone and declaring:

> “He’s my husband.”

Humza froze, his family watching in surprise. For the first time, he felt what it was like to be wanted, but he also felt a growing fear: could he ever be worthy of Hazel’s pure, stubborn love?
