I did have to go back and check the description of "Desiree" because I was picturing her as a California blonde. I like the raven-black razor cut - makes me picture Uma Thurmond in Pulp Fiction. I realized that you gave a slight description of her and I was filling in all the blanks in my imagination. The only thing I would change is the reference to "805." I thought it was a union! I realized later that it's the area code. Otherwise, great job, and I'll check back to see what happens after Chapter 2."
