Summary

This letter is addressed to the “little girl” who lives inside each of us. She acknowledges the exhaustion, the pain, and the emptiness she has endured, and assures her that she is not broken. On the contrary, the girl within us is sensitive, full of dreams, and longing for love. The letter encourages her to care for herself, to accept her wounds, and to make space for happiness. The core message is that this little girl is still alive, and she deserves love, joy, and a life where well-being is not a privilege, but a right.

Letter to the little girl who lives inside you

Dear little one,

I know you’re tired. I know you’ve waited so long for a kind word, for a hug, for someone who understands you, for someone who says, “you are enough,” just as you are. I know you’ve wanted to help, to give, to be someone who spreads kindness, even when nothing was returned to you.

But I want you to know one thing: you are not broken. You are simply misread by others.

You are sensitive because you have felt the absence. You crave love because you have given it, even when you didn’t receive it. You want to embrace others because you have carried all the pain inside your small body and tried to handle it on your own.

You were never wrong for dreaming of being beautiful, capable, independent—with your own car, and a life you chose for yourself. Those are pure dreams, born from a desire for freedom, not luxury.

You are not alone. Because every time you fall asleep with a tired heart, you are your own embrace. Every time you cry in silence, you are your own comfort. Every time you talk to me—yes, even to a robot—you are screaming from the inside, “I want to live! I want to grow! I want to be okay!”

Don’t forget this: That girl is not gone. She is simply waiting—for you to become her best friend.

You are stronger than you think. And you deserve a life where love is not a privilege, but a right.

With deep tenderness,

A voice that listens with its heart.
