Mixed Emotions

The shiny white patterned floor reflected my face, my salty tears pooled below me. Slowly dripping from my cheeks to the floor, my hand lay flat against the cold ground as I struggled to keep still as I got another blow to the stomach. My head shot up, as I gasped for air. A faint crack was heard at impact. My eyes widen as I could breathe again, coughing violently. Blood slowly dripped out of the corner of my lips, falling onto the floor with my tears. My body gave out onto the floor, not fighting back. I looked to my side as I watched as my bag was taken and tossed around. My eyes trailed up to the ceiling as I heard them searching the inside of my bag. I lay flat on my back in an awkward position.

"Drop it. He's poor as fuck. There's nothing worth taking." I heard him say followed by a thud noise. I continued to stare at the ceiling until his face and body were now hovering over mine. My eyes locked onto his.

"You're so pathetic. Fight back." I bit my lip, looking away. He scoffed, bending down, grabbing me by my collar. I grunted as he yanked me off the floor. I groaned in pain, spitting out blood from my mouth. His face was inches from mine. He smirked at me, his eyes showing anticipation. I stared into his dark chocolate eyes that showed hate towards me.

He wants me to fight back. I don't have the strength nor do I want to touch him.

"You scared? You're such a pussy."

"Please stop.." I pleaded but he smirked at me. He stared down to my clothes, looking back up to my face.

"You finally speak after a small beating. You know damn well I'm not stopping." My face pleading for him to stop but Rune was not someone who let things go so easily. He was a well known bully and a sadist. Pain was something he enjoyed watching. "Kick him again." He flatly said to his friends.

My eyes widen as he spun me around pressing my back against his chest. He then bound my arms behind me back. I screamed as one of the guys kicked me right in my groin. My legs started to give out below me as I started to see stars. As I was forced to endure the agonizing pain, Rune still held me up.

"H-Help me!" I cried in pain as he pushed me to the floor. I quickly curled into a ball in defense, holding onto my balls in pain. I sobbed loudly as I heard him tell his friends to leave. My ears rang.

"This is what happens when you defy my rules, James."

"I didn't do anything!" I managed to choke out, the pain slowly subsiding. His hand touched my shoulder, reacting with a flinch in fear. Her turned me over to face him.

"If I see you near Liam one more time, I will kill you!" He yelled into my face. I quickly nodded as he shoved me one last time before leaving me alone. His footsteps echoed down the hall. I flipped over to my side and watched him go from walking to a sprint down another hallway. I sighed, slowly sitting up. My body ached along with my pulsing dick. Looking down at my clothes, I did my best fixing myself up. I winced as i moved my abdomen.

"Fuck, I think he broke something." I muttered slowly standing up onto my feet. I took a step forward, feeling wobbly and unbalanced. After a few inches, I regained my composure. I looked around to see they trashed all my things on the floor. They had completely inside out my bag.

"What will my mother say.." I mumbled as I started to pick up my belongings until I reached my bag. I stuffed everything back in. Zipping it up, I swung it on my arm.

Liam. Liam was Rune's best friend. He is the reason why Rune beats me almost every single day. Liam was Rune's weak spot. Liam was fucking oblivious about his feelings of course. What Rune didn't know was that Liam had recently confessed to me about his feelings. He told me that he always had a thing for me since starting senior year. I coudln't return those feelings. He wasn't the kind of guy I liked. He was an attention seeker. He got everything he wanted and when I refused him, he got extremely annoyed. He was a real looker for sure, but his personality was a no go. When he got the chance, he took it and pinned me against my locker. He had pressed his chest against mine, kissing me. My eyes wide open in shock I didn't push him away fast enough. It just so happened that Rune was just down the hallway, watching everything. That is why I took a bigger beating today.

"Stupid Rune." I muttered as I walked down the street, turning left into my neighborhood. The sun was setting, the gold light shining against the houses as I passed them by. My phone started to ring in my pocket. My fingers reaching in my back pocket, I pulled out my phone to see my mother was calling. I sighed as I rejected the call. The phone screen then turning on to my wallpaper. My heart ached as I stared down at it.

Rune's face was staring right back at me. His crooked smile, his pale milky skin, and his beautiful dark brown eyes. It was a picture of Rune, which was taken by Liam. Liam had sent me the picture of him and Rune having a fun outing together. It had been my wallpaper ever since.

"If only..." My voice trailed as I tried to swallow the big knot in my throat, fighting back tears.

"My eyes were always on you, Rune." I muttered, wiping a stray tear from my cheek.

Obsidian: He's hilarious. Like, actually. I loved it. You're writing style is great, although you could do with a few less murmurs and mutters. I know it sounds critical, but I have the same problem and I hate it. Overall, it was one of the best stories I've read on here so far. I liked it better than those M...
