Social life? Let’s just say the only thing social about my life was my TV playing Man vs Wild in the background.
But then as if the universe itself decided to revive me from the endless abyss of boredom, Youtube, (I was scrolling through my phone while watching Man Vs Wild. I mean come on that’s good multi-tasking) out of nowhere, suggested me a video titled “The biggest booms in Spaceflight history” by Everyday Astronaut.
And Boom, I clicked on it faster than I could even explain “Newton’s Third Law” to my uncle just a few days ago.
Now, here is the thing. I am not even legal to drive, and don’t even get me started on drinking—I’m not that type of underage rebel.
I still get nervous talking to my classmates, let alone juniors. But in that moment of boredom, I stumbled into a rabbit hole of rocket science. And somehow, after watching a few explosions and listening to a guy casually explain the fine art of making things go boom in space, I realized I was hooked.
