"Alright, we have a lot to unpack here. First, I want to start off by saying this was a wonderful change of pace compared to the first. I loved the inner conflict of the main character as the plot progressed. The subtlety of what appears to be a main antagonist is very alluring, and the foreshadowing of the dangers was executed well. I would recommend this book if you're looking for something that shows the conflict of someone trapped in a war-ridden world."
