"I very very much enjoyed this story, it's well written, no hard sex scenes which do get a bit much in other stories, the characters are well explained and defined so you can visualise them really well. I also like that Adrian wins the battle over outdated and archaic attitudes about gay people, his personal struggle is handled sensitively, I'm sure a lot of people can identify with him. I love the character of Evelyn, she's a kind of glue that keeps Eli together, she should have her own story. Really enjoyed it, thanks 😀"

"So, this is worth reading. It comes together in the end just like I like. I love a happy ending. The book doesn't have any sex, so if you like a softer male-male romance, one with a lot of heart, this is it! The book has emotion, all the feels and it's light on the heat. It will give you a full sense of satisfaction as the author ties up all the ends into a bow. I like how the author wrapped the whole story up and you do get to see both characters thoughts. Worth picking up."

"it was... so and so. the first down was the lack of details, like the psychical description of the characters. Eli has blonde hair. that's it. and there are a few discrepancies, like, in one chapter, the author said that Adrian called and texted Eli for weeks and Eli didn't answer, and after that, he said he actually never called. I'm not trying to be mean. This is constructive criticism. Oh, and I'm not sure, but the writing style gives me AI vibes. "
