Some Info

(IMPORTANT UPDATE: Starting now, I’ll be writing notes in the form of comments, giving little info that you should know.)

This story is intended for adult audiences. Though it doesn’t do it nearly as often as it does my other story, Space Action, it depicts graphic scenes of sexual intercourse. If you are not 18 years or older, you do not belong here. This is your last warning.

Some things to address. This story doesn’t follow any established canon. What this project is really about is me combining all of my favorite canons for different characters/groups. For the X-men Stuff, I mainly follow the fox animated series X-Men from 1992 with some tweaked or added plot lines, or some characters powers are changed (X-Men 97 isn’t canon, I’ll explain why in a second.) For the Avengers, I use Earth’s Mightiest Heroes events. For the Fantastic Four, that one’s kind of tough for me because F4 hasn’t really gotten anything good besides the MCU movie, but I’m hesitant to just rip their stories. I think for the F4 I’m gonna freestyle with that. I’m not including X-Men 97′ because as of writing this, the story for 97′ isn’t complete, and I don’t want to assume what happens in season 2, so for the purposes of my universe, that just goes away. As for the year, everything is set in the year 1998 for the sole reason that I think it would be cool as fuck to write a story from that time period. I think the biggest thing to know that’s changed is that Rogue no longer retains parts of people’s memories when she touches them. This is not true for when she holds on to them for very long amounts of time, like she does with Ms Marvel, but if she holds onto someone for like 10 seconds, she’s not gonna have those memories in her head forever. Instead she’ll temporarily be able to retain those memories before they fade, just like her powers. There are some other examples, but I’ll cover those when they become important, but that’s by far the most important one. Keep all of this is mind before you decide to be like “Erm actually, In X-Men Legacy #81 this thing happened that explains this.” in my comments. I don’t care. It’s my story, I’ll do whatever the fuck I want. My goal is to do right by the characters and tell a good story, and if I have to change some things, then that’s what I’m gonna do. With that being said, please enjoy.

One more thing. I have a weird writing style. I like to write dialogue, so there will often be scenes of characters having a constant back and forth, and it feels weird to be like {“Blah blah blah blah blah” said Jubilee. “Blah blah blah bah” Said Luke.} over and over again, so if I know that’s gonna happen, I’ll start writing it out sort of like a script. It’s weird, but it’s the only way it feels right. This is how it works:

So sometimes, seemingly random but it is planned, the text will go from something like this: “Wow, that was a cool kickflip!” Said the little child.

It’ll look like this:

Little child: Wow, that was a cool kickflip!

Sometimes if they are doing an action, it’ll look like this.

They gasp-

Little child: Wow, that was a cool kickflip!

Or it’ll look like this

Little child: Wow, that was a cool kickflip!

-They jump into the air and cheer

The dash is meant to indicate that the action they take (The gasp or jumping into the air and cheering) is connected to that line of dialogue. If the text is on top with the dash at the end, it means the character does the thing before they say their line. If the dash is at the beginning underneath the line, it means it’s done after their line.

This is here in case you don’t know it. I’ll add more of these to the bottom of the chapters if they involve characters that aren’t here or haven’t been listed yet.
