Chapter 1
"Mom, mom! Where are you?" The girl kept searching for her mother everywhere in the house. The police were at the front door, looking for her. The girl went to her mother's room, but the door was locked from the inside. The police had come inside the house a while ago and were now trying to break the door. The girl wondered what the police were doing in her home; they wouldn't tell her anything.
Finally, they managed to break the door, but was that her mother?
“Why is she lying on the floor? And is that... is that blood? Why is mom covered in blood?”
The police ran inside and checked her mother's pulse. They were talking among themselves. They were saying that the suspect had committed suicide.
“What suspect? Are they calling mom a suspect? What did she do? What did she do?”
A police officer tried to get the girl out of there, but she ran to her mother and started crying. She begged her mother to wake up, but she didn't.
I woke up at the sound of my alarm, drenched in sweat. I looked around in confusion.
That's right. I didn't live there anymore. I had left my hometown and now lived in this city where no one knew me, no one called me the murderer's daughter.
After a while I got up from the bed reluctantly and got ready for school. I left the house half an hour before school started, as I walked to school. I began listening to “Lonely St.” by Stray Kids. I really liked their songs.

I entered the house without making any noise. The sound of someone’s footsteps was coming from my bedroom.
