"What a read litrually caught me off. I shall not kiss and tell but this was a gripping thriller with such insight and the end I did not see coming. This story took the one night stand to a whole new level with the serial killer and the need where you are like wow. Fantastic characters and the story was well developed. The Twist on This One!
"I went in expecting a spicy, forbidden dark romance, as you do, but boy howdy was I taken for a thrill ride! This story took the term 'unfortunate one-nighter' to a WHOLE new level with a somewhat uncomfortable display of specific kinks. Then again, I did re-read the scenes, TWICE. The story was very well-written, with carefully crafted characters that served their purposes and then some. And don't get me started with the TWIST! I devoured this short, sinful book like a fat kid eating a Twinkie. 11/10, highly recommend for a boring afternoon delight or a fun story to share with a special someone ;)"

"I was super lucky to have been assigned “Smell of Desire” to judge for the 2026 Green Exchange Awards! Kleopetra delivers a unique psychological thriller with plenty of twists along the way. Without giving the story away—because you need to read it for yourself—I found the characters and storyline to be super engaging, terrifying, and fun to read! She does an excellent job of weaving the plot, and the minor plot holes would be mostly unnoticeable to the leisurely reader. Her grammar and technical skills are spot on, making it a nice read. Action scenes are well played out, but could use a little work to keep them moving. But dialogue and inner monologue is engaging and oftentimes entertaining. I really enjoyed the characters, really enjoyed this story, and most of all am super happy to have gotten the opportunity to read Kleopetra’s work and get to know her as an author even better! 💖 I highly recommend this read!"
