Chapter 1 Fame and Furious
CENTRAL DOME, ATALYA CITY
The loud applause of the audience filled the Central Dome building after the most spectacular performance by the idol boy group, Interstellar, had ended. Interstellar was the current phenomenon.
Their songs consistently topped the music charts and went viral everywhere. Every member of Interstellar was a hot topic, especially Leo, who was dubbed the Nation’s Sweetheart thanks to his good looks and charisma as the face of the group.
Leo, who also served as the leader of the Interstellar group, invited all the members to bow towards the audience as an expression of gratitude to those who had attended Interstellar’s comeback concert.
"Thank you, Atalya. We love you, guys!"
The members provided their best service to the fans before saying farewell and leaving the magnificent stage.
After returning to the backstage area, the famous idols were greeted by the agency team, who looked overjoyed with the success of their concert this time. James Leroy, the CEO of Multiverse agency, which manages Interstellar, greeted and hugged them one by one.
"You all were incredible! Thank you for your cooperation that made this concert a huge success. Truly an amazing show. After this, I’m going to treat you to the best wine and meat I’ve prepared. Let’s make a toast. Cheers," James exclaimed.
Everyone clinked glasses and took a sip of their wine, smiling happily, except for one person.
Leo, the leader of the Interstellar group, only pretended to sip the wine he was holding.
Leo did not want to get caught up in a drunken state tonight. There was important business he wanted to settle immediately.
Leo was planning to leave the room when someone held his arm. Niki, the youngest member who was also Leo's favorite, stopped him.
"Where are you going, Bro? Don’t you want to join the after-party?" Niki asked.
"Sorry, I have some important business," Leo politely refused.
"Come on. Just this once, have some fun with us. It's our biggest concert for our group’s fifth anniversary. Please..?" Niki pleaded.
"You guys carry on. I really have to go now."
"Brother..."
Niki could no longer hold back Leo, who was accustomed to disappearing after the group’s performances.
Leo hurried to the dressing room, changing his stage costume into a black t-shirt, black jeans, and a black hat with the word HOPE embroidered in yellow. Leo also grabbed his jacket, which also had the word HOPE in yellow.
Leo half-ran towards the elevator that connected him to the building's basement, where he had parked his car. Leo got into his car, took a brief breath, before finally stepping on the gas pedal and leaving the Central Dome building.
At full speed, Leo pierced the silence of the Atalya city night toward his apartment; he looked extremely impatient to do what he intended to do tonight. His expression looked tense, and his heart was pounding fast, but Leo was still able to manage it.
