Short & Sweeter Than Expected
"This is my first time reading this author and I had fun! I even learned something new: had no idea that dragonsblood was a type of resin. (I thought the FMC somehow knew that the creature was some sort of dragon). The one part that threw me off was I didn't really get a true sense of menace from the demon. And his comment at the end about having originally decided to eat her before getting off was unexpected. But, I loved the dog! And the open ending leaves room for future exploration. I'll be sure to check out other works from Tara Kim!"
