Inspector Ketch of Norwich.

"A very good read of short detective stories. Ketch has not only a list of failed relationships, a chain smoker and alcoholic, he later is diagnosed with Parkinson's. All the while solving murders, with a senior in the police force constantly bitching about his performance. Funnily enough this performance outshines his superior. A brilliant read, worthy of delving into."
