"I dare not compare one literary work with another. I tend to read something as if it is the only book I’ve ever read and that helps me see it truly without any expectations or intruding comparisons. I’m the guy who thinks 6th sense was great but stir of echos was also great... one everyone knows and the other unfortunately was not seen by many... but I’d argue that stir of echoes had a twist just as good. Having said that I really really enjoy this read. I can see a whole collection of books stem from this and it would be the first time that I can recall a wolf/lycan/where creature be the hero of such a story... we’ve had vampires a plenty .. ad nauseum ... thank you for introducing me to this very entertaining read . "
