Beginning
"Dear Journal,
I've been thinking a lot about my family lately, and how much we've gone through. I lost a sister, Meggi, when she was just two weeks old in 2007. It was a really tough time for my parents, especially my mom. She faced so many challenges, not just with Meggi's passing, but also with my father's family.
But even through all the hard times, my mom has remained strong. She's an inspiration to me, and I admire her so much. Two years after Meggi's passing, I came into this world, and my family was overjoyed. My brother and sisters followed, and now we have this amazing little crew.
I feel so loved and supported by everyone in my family. They all have this special place in their hearts for me, and it makes me feel grateful and happy.
I'm lucky to have such a loving family, and I'm grateful for the lessons my mom has taught me about resilience and perseverance."
