The Introdution : The rock and the Sugar-Dust
Flashes of blue, green and yellow sparked the sky in lights of thunder and magic. it was the annual celebrations of tower watch. there were great Wizards of old and new. many there to tell stories of old. Many here to learn the ways of magic and the arts of wizardry. There was magic in the world at this time. It led to great creations of historic invention. the creative minds took inspiration from this magic for inventions that brought great advancements to people who lived in the town of tower watch. The magic that brought such joy and happiness came from a stone that fell from the sky. One day, this stone, no bigger than a few pebbles, fell to this town of tower watch. It hit the earth with great color and wild sense of happiness and sprawled a Utopia of new life. But before long the stone started to change the world for worse. the stone made the town of tower watch miserable. it was bare and hardly any life could live here anymore. The town was used to make sugar-dust, which was created from the greed of others in the world. the stone turned into what is now known as sugar-dust. It was the richest spice around. Sugar-dust was used for finding something you hold dear to your heart that you lost and wished to find. it can also be used for great evil, as it gave powers that werent meant for this world to have. The Sugar-dust came at a very high risk and reward. it wasn't easy to get. The sugar-dust wasn't something you could find in your local market, if your lucky you could find it at a dark market. wouldn't recommend it. If anyone wished to fine any they would have to travel miles away from the town of tower watch. North to the great hills of giants and past the ocean of the sea god and on a little island held the raw material known has Sugar-dust. The island held many great dangers. the Island was a living death trap to the ones that come looking to find this raw material. the Sugar-dust glows with deep red and shimmers with hints of green. it lays in the middle of this island once a year before it goes back to being sand and stone with no properties of magic. once you find the Sugar dust you must be quick on your feet. if you stayed to long, the wild monsters and beasts of the cult will seek you. if they find you, you will be lost forever. the town of tower watch had many stories and many adventures of people who traveled there just to see the dust and never be able to claim some for them selfs. many tried and many failed along the way. But the ones who did were looked to as kings and gods, the dust ruled what was left of this world. The people of power where corrupt and pure evil. many years went by. darkness crept over many distances. soon the whole world was in darkness. all seemed lost. the rulers of the lands became violent with their kin and corrupted their lands with the Suger-dust to plan to bring more dread and chaos. Many were killed out of pure enjoyment. it was hell on earth. Until one day, another rock fell from the sky. giving select few the power to fight and push back what evil had taken over the lands that once held peace and remedy. They were known as the magicians of power. each one had a unique power. there were a many great wars to be fought and they are still fighting to bring peace back to this world. if they cant, everything will truly be lost to the dark.
