Chapter 1

Story (Part 1) –

2025

A girl was crying uncontrollably, her voice trembling as she whispered to herself,

“If only… if only I had one more chance, I would fix everything.”

Her tears fell endlessly, as if years of regret were finally spilling out.

And then… the story drifts back to 2019.

2019

A girl with the most beautiful eyes was getting ready to leave home. Before stepping out, she picked up her mother’s pendant from the table, held it close to her heart, and gently slipped it into her pocket. Without realizing it, the pendant slipped out and fell to the ground as she walked outside.

At the same moment, a boy was running in a hurry. He accidentally bumped into her, and his own pendant fell to the ground.

The girl thought his pendant was hers.

She started arguing with him, insisting he had taken her pendant.

But the boy was already stressed and rushing, unable to explain much.

Within moments, the girl’s one friends arrived. Seeing her crying, they didn’t listen to the boy at all. Believing she was right, they beat the boy so badly that he could barely stand. After snatching the pendant, the two of them left.

The boy lay on the ground for a long time, gathering what little strength he had left. Finally, he forced himself up and ran toward the hospital… the same hospital he had been rushing to before.

But when he reached there—his mother had already died.

She was the only family he had.

He broke down, holding her lifeless hand, crying,

“You Love someone… and then watch them die right in front of your eyes.

And when your own time comes, the only pain left in your heart will be the pain of losing the one you loved.”

He blamed himself for not reaching in time.

Later, when the girl reached home and looked closely at the pendant she had taken—

she froze.

Inside it…

was a picture of the boy and his mother.

Her heart dropped.

To be continued…
