"Great book loved it"
Great story!
"This story has all the feels from anger and sadness to joy and laughter. If I was Liv I would have to laugh at all the bad luck piled on at once. Otherwise, I'd just cry. This story just proves she is a strong individual who finally got the happiness she deserves. If you love a quick story with a wide range of emotions and a happy ending, this story is for you!"
Read it twice!
"This story has it all! I laughed, got angry and even cried a little. I highly recommend this story for anyone who likes a good story without all the extra fluff. "
Not my cup of tea
"I do love this author's fantasy works, but this didn't live up to them, in my opinion. There wasn't enough going on to make it interesting, just a constant repetition of drama from his ex, drama from her ex & family but of the same sort and quickly resolved, just to come back and rehash it all again. Also, there were little niggles such as several of the women characters being really young to be marrying & having children (19, 23), why not just let them enjoy their youth?! I know that might feel like nit-picking, but the characters' immaturity was a major impediment to them just getting on with a healthy relationship. The profanity is given a content warning at the beginning. It doesn't offend me, but it doesn't seem to add anything either, it just seems to be there every second sentence or so (sometimes several times a sentence) for the sake of it; and because it's basically only two words, and variants of them, it gets tired pretty quickly. It is still good in terms of grammar, vocabulary etc., but I just felt that the plot was way to light to sustain more than a few pages, and the characters weren't developped enough to overcome that deficiency.
