Silent Screams

I let out a blood curdling scream

The kind that makes your throat bleed

That makes people cover their ears

The kind that makes you wonder if you'll ever stop

That leaves you gasping for air after

And yet no sound left

I'm left exhaust but no one heard my silent scream

So I scream and I scream until I can scream no more

Yet still no one hears

No one comes to my aid

No one offers to help

I am left alone, just me and my silent screams.
