Chapter 1

Vienna

I always thought dark cloudy weather is my liking. why you ask ? well it has cool terror breezes that gives you a sense that something thunderful and unsettling is approaching. It may sound scary but on the other hand it also makes you free with struggle of sunny and energy eating days.

similar to this weather, my life also has two sides. One that i know is destroying me and no matter how hard I try I cannot escape it. the other pushing my limits to believe that there is always a better option you choose for yourself that dictates your future and lets you get over your dreadful past.

I am Vienna living in Seattle since last 13 months and I loved the change of lifestyle when I got here. I live with my aunt Jenn, she is by far the best person ever. She is a receptionist at Rhydes community store and the only one who earns bread for us. She gave me everything- a decent space in her house, a life and an endless space in her heart. I cant imagine a life without her now and my motivation to become a success is providing her with everything she sacrificed for me. For the same purpose i am going to give her a good news today and I hope this does makes her feel better and raises her expectations out of me.

It was 7 in the evening when aunt Jenn reached home. looking worn out of energy from working a 10 hour shift. She sat beside me on the sofa giving me the warmest hug and a bright smile as if it will hide the fact that she is extremely tired and wants a healthy dinner and a deep sleep.

JENN: " how was your day Venn?"

VENN: "pretty well and I have to tell you something nice, but before that why don't you judge the dinner that I made for us?

JENN: oh sweetie! that is so nice of you. no wonder you are growing up.

Aunt went upstairs to refresh herself and in the mean time I set up the table for two of us. I made pasta, basic salad and cold drinks. she came down after 15 minutes and was amazed to see as this was the first time ever me cooking anything at all. she had her first bite and appreciated me for the effort I put in to fill our stomach today. while we were about to finish she asked me what I wanted to tell her.

VENN: "I applied for the position of analyst at Kyle Industries and group in NYC and I got selected. the interview is next week and I wish to give it a try. I am confident that I can pull it off."

JENN: This is so good to hear my love! I support you in this and don't worry I will manage your tickets to NYC. Give it your best, I know You can do it dear.

Another reason I love Aunt Jenn so much is because without saying she knows what I need and with her miracles she manages it all. like in this situation, I did get a selection for the interview but I did not have enough cash on me to fly over there. Aunt knew this before I could even mention it. After getting a confirming a nod from her, I promised myself that one day will come when this lady (Jenn) will never have to work again and she will get the most comfortable life as she is worthy of it. She hugged me and advised me to pack my bags and lend her my essential documents so that she can book me a flight.

After concluding cleaning post dinner. I came in my room and took a deep breathe praying and manifesting that good things are coming my way and I never have to look back on something that I despise from bottom of my heart.
