Prologue
Two myths travel in silence:
a fleet that never returned,
a city that was never found.
Where legends refuse to die, this story begins.
Prologue – Echoes of Trapalanda
On the night of October 12, 1307, when the Order of the Temple was hunted and its knights imprisoned, a fleet set sail from La Rochelle.
Its white sails vanished into the ocean’s darkness, never to be seen again.
Some say they sought refuge in Scotland; others whisper they hid in Portugal.
But there are those who claim that, guided by a Viking map, they crossed the Atlantic
—centuries ahead of the empires of Europe.
They carried with them treasures and secrets that would never be surrendered to crown or church.
At the southern edge of the world, another myth awaited:
the City of the Caesars, also called Trapalanda.
It was described as a hidden enclave in Patagonia, raised among mountains and rivers, where gold shone like an eternal sun and its people lived apart from the world.
For centuries, expeditions searched for it, but found only rumors, traces erased by the wind, and promises of abundance.
What if both myths were one?
What if the lost Templar fleet, vanished in Europe’s night, had found its destiny in the southern lands—discovering a timeless city the chroniclers named Trapalanda?
What secrets lie there? What pacts have been sealed between fire and water, earth and air, faith and power, woven at the feet of the Andes?
This tale is born from that impossible union: the fleet that never returned and the city that was never found.
Two myths that, when entwined, reveal that truth does not always hide in books, but in the legends that refuse to die.
