"As someone who writes psychological horror too, I have to say — there’s something uniquely unsettling about horror rooted in local places and real history. Kentucky already feels haunted before the story even begins. Keep writing these. Small-town horror always hits harder because it feels like somebody actually lived through it. Also, if I ever visit your country one day, Kentucky would probably be the last place I’d go. 😅 You genuinely creeped me out."
