Synopsis

Taluriks and the other wilder warders are what stand between them and the cayo villages, ever watchful, ever vengeful, ever waiting to die.
Fauve was born to be sold, but her value turned out to be all but nothing. Dumped in a remote bog, she stumbles upon the warders' outpost, unable to communicate and unable to explain.
Mistaken for one of the many looking to keep the warders company, to help fulfill their lives before they die under a witch's claws, she falls into the mercy of those looking to use versus those looking to love.
