Eine Panikattacke ist nichts vorüber man sollte!

Ich hatte eine... Ich stand am Fensterbrett, meine Kopfhörer waren auf volle Lautstärke gedreht. Ich habe aus dem Fenster geschaut, bis ich gemerkt habe, das mein Bein Zittert. Ab da würde meine Atmung schwerer. Ich hatte das Gefühl keine Luft mehr zubekommen, dann bin ich vom Fenster weggegangen und habe mich auf mein Bett gesetzt.

Mein ganzer Körper war am zittern. Ich hab mit Schnelligkeit meine Kopfhörer runter genommen und aus gemacht. Es war still ich zittere und wibe hin und her, meine Arme drücken meine Ohren zu und danach lagen sie auf meinen knieen, meine hände krallten sich dann in den Handgelenken fest. Ich bekam Tränen.

Ich flüsterte:" Alles gut, behruigt dich" oder "Es ist Still... Zu still..."

Das ging solange bis ich keine Kontrolle mehr hatte und nach der Klinge Griff und sie zu meinen Handgelenken fuhr.
