Chemistry done right
"The Chemistry between Kai and Amara is incredibly well written. It feels natural, intense,and emotionally layered without being forced. The interactions carry so much tension that you can feel every moment between them. The Storytelling pulls you in effortlessly, and the way their connection develops makes you want to keep reading. Beautifully done. I can't wait to see how their story unfolds."
Good plotline but details fall short
"For starters, I am not entirely sure which sport Kai actually plays. There is sport terminology used, but nothing specific. For example, in chapter 10 the environment described sounding like a basketball court, however, I was under the impression for the cover and beginning chapters that he played soccer, his position being striker, or something on a field. It also seems a bit slow as they go through their thoughts about the other, and I think they need more solid interactions. The first interview was a cracker and there was a good pace up until Amara helped Kai with his ankle, then it kinda drifted off. Hopefully it will pick up at the tournament. Can't wait to see how things progress!"
