All Rights Reserved ©

Summary

Noah had one Christmas wish: a quiet winter far away from family drama… and even farther away from Cade Whitlock, the dumbass Alpha who broke his heart. Instead, he walks straight into the disaster of a lifetime— a fake engagement between Cade and his sister, a honeymoon suite with only one bed, a mating-tree “miracle” that definitely shouldn’t have happened, and kitchen sex so loud Grandma walks in mid-thrust. And just when Noah thinks the holiday can’t get worse, he’s Taken...naked...by enemy wolves. Their leader? The dangerously gorgeous Alpha who seems to want Noah for something far more intimate than revenge. Now the entire mountain knows he’s the “precious little omega” the rival pack wants dead. Cade knows it too. And he’ll go against his family, his pack, and hell itself to bring his mate home. Because this Christmas wasn’t an accident. It was a claim. And Noah is the one thing Cade refuses to lose again.

Chapter 1. Back To Ex...Sorry Sex

“You’ve got to be kidding me,” Cade growled, slamming his hand against the steering wheel as the SUV jerked, skidded, and sank deeper into the snow. “Move. Move! Come on—dammit!”

The wind slapped the windows like it wanted to rip the doors off. The blizzard whited out the road, swallowing the forest, the streetlights, everything.

His wolf snarled inside him, restless, irritated.

“I told you not to come back here,” the wolf hissed. “This place is trouble.”

“Shut up,” Cade muttered, pinching the bridge of his nose. “I didn’t come back for fun.”

He hadn’t wanted to come back. Not once in Three years.

But Grandma was dying. Dad laid down the law:

“Christmas lodge. Whole pack. Bring a mate or don’t show your face.”

So here he was, stuck in a ditch five miles outside town limits, phone barely alive.

His phone buzzed. He snatched it up.

“Finally.”

His sister’s voice came through, bored and too calm for someone safe and cozy in a warm house.

“Hey, Cade. Yeah, we can’t send anyone. Roads are blocked. Storm’s bad.”

“No shit,” Cade snapped. “I’m stuck in a ditch.”

“Then wait for morning.”

“I am not sleeping in my car.”

She sighed. “Nobody’s moving till morning, dumbass. Walk half a mile east. River’s Edge Garage Noah still runs it. Crash there. They stay open late. Maybe. If not—find an inn.”

“Inn? In this tiny town? Seriously?”

“Good luck, Alpha.” She hung up.

The call dropped.

Cade’s heart stopped, then slammed against his ribs like it wanted out.

Noah.

The name alone made his knot throb.

He grabbed his duffel and fought through the blizzard on foot, wind slicing his face, boots filling with snow.

The neon sign flickered through the whiteout: RIVER’S EDGE GARAGE.

He hated this town. Hated the memories. Hated the ghosts. Hated the way his wolf kept pacing like it smelled something familiar.

But the moment he pushed open the garage door, the warmth hit him—

—and so did the scent.

He froze.

He knew that scent.

He’d tried to forget it. Tried to bury it. Tried to outrun it for years.

He shoved the side door open. Heat and oil and pure omega heat rolled over him like a punch to the gut.

Noah was bent over a half-disassembled Harley, coveralls unzipped to the waist, white tank soaked with sweat, grease streaking his sharp cheekbones and throat.

Three years older, shoulders broader, arms corded with muscle, blond hair longer and messy under the lights, falling into eyes that used to look at Cade like he was the whole damn world.

The socket wrench slipped from Noah’s fingers and clanged loud on the concrete.

Silence stretched, thick and electric.

Noah straightened slow, wiping his hands on a rag that did nothing.

His voice came out cracked, raw.

“…Cade?”

Cade couldn’t move. Couldn’t breathe.

His wolf was losing its fucking mind.

Mate. Mine. Smell him. Want him. Knot him. Breed him. Now.

“Hey, Noah,” Cade managed, voice like gravel.

Noah’s eyes, those ice-blue eyes Cade used to drown in, went wide, then narrowed to slits.

“You’ve got some fucking nerve walking in here.”

“I didn’t know you—”

“Bullshit.” Noah stepped forward, boots heavy on the concrete. “This is my garage. My town. You knew exactly where you were headed.”

Cade swallowed. “Truck died. I’m stuck.”

Noah laughed, short and ugly. “Of course you are. Classic Cade. Show up, wreck everything, disappear again.”

The words hit like fists.

Cade’s wolf snarled, pacing, claws out.

He’s in heat. Smell it. Sweet. Ripe. Ours.

Cade took one involuntary step closer. “Noah—”

“Don’t.” Noah’s voice shook. “Don’t you say my name like that. Not after you left me with a fucking Post-it that said ‘I can’t do this.’”

“I was twenty-two—”

“I was twenty-one and in love with you!” Noah shouted, chest heaving. “We had plans, Cade! We were gonna run! And you just… vanished.”

Cade’s throat closed. “My dad found the texts. Said he’d kill you. Said he’d make sure the whole pack knew their future Alpha was a—”

“Don’t you dare say the word,” Noah snarled, eyes flashing gold. “You chose them. You chose being the perfect straight heir over me.”

“I was scared.”

“You were a coward.”

“Yeah,” Cade whispered. “I was.”

Noah turned away, shoulders rigid, wiping his face with the back of his wrist like he was trying not to cry.

Grease smeared across his cheekbone. Cade wanted to lick it off.

His wolf whispered filthy things:

Bend him over the bike. Knot him on the lift. Make him scream our name till the windows shatter.

Cade’s knot was already swelling, pressing painfully against his zipper.

Noah finally looked back. “Get your truck inside before it’s buried forever.”

They worked in silence, Cade muscling the truck through the snow while Noah guided him.

The second the bay door rolled down, the world shrank to just them, heat, oil, and Three years of unsaid shit.

Noah popped the hood, leaned over the engine.

Cade stood behind him, close enough to see the sweat at the small of Noah’s back, the way the coveralls clung to his ass.

“Snow packed the undercarriage,” Noah muttered. “Engine’s fine. Nothing’s moving tonight.”

Cade’s voice came out rough. “So I’m stuck here.”

“Looks like it.” Noah slammed the hood. “Couch in the office. I’m closing.”

He started walking toward the big roll-up door.

Cade moved without thinking, blocking his path, shoulder against the cold metal.

“You’re not riding that bike home in this.”

Noah’s eyes flashed again. “Move.”

“No.” Cade’s voice dropped, wolf riding it. “I can smell your heat, Noah. You’re burning up. Your wolf’s begging mine.”

Noah shoved him, hard. “You don’t get to smell anything that belongs to me.”

Cade didn’t budge. “I never stopped wanting you. Not one day.”

Noah laughed, broken and furious. “You’ve got a funny way of showing it.”

He shoved again. Cade grabbed his wrists, yanked him close.

Their mouths crashed together like a car wreck.

Teeth, blood, growls.

Noah bit Cade’s lip hard enough to split it.

Cade snarled, spun him, slammed him chest-first against the workbench.

Coveralls ripped down in one violent yank.

Cade’s belt hit the floor with a clatter.

“Look at you,” Cade growled, palming Noah’s bare ass, spreading him open. “Still the prettiest fucking thing I’ve ever seen.”

Noah pushed back, furious, needy. “You don’t own me, asshole.”

“Tonight I do.”

Cade spat in his hand, slicked himself rough, lined up, and drove in to the root.

Noah roared, half pain, half relief, claws gouging the metal bench.

They fucked like animals.

Violent. Raw. Punishing.

Cade’s hand fisted in Noah’s hair, yanking his head back.

Noah’s nails raked bloody lines down Cade’s forearm.

Cade had Noah pinned to the workbench, coveralls ripped to his knees, one hand fisted in blond hair, the other spreading him open.

“Look at this pretty little hole,” Cade growled, voice pure Alpha. “Still takes my cock like it was made for it.”

Noah snarled, shoved back hard enough to slam Cade’s hips into the tool cart. Wrenches rained on the floor.

“Fuck you, Cade. You don’t get to sweet-talk me.”

Cade laughed, dark and mean, and spat straight onto Noah’s hole.

One rough thumb pushed in, no warning.

Noah’s back arched, claws gouging the metal bench.

“Still so fucking tight,” Cade rasped. “Three years and nobody else knotted you? That right, baby?”

Noah twisted, tried to elbow him.

Cade caught the arm, wrenched it behind Noah’s back, slammed him chest-down again.

“Answer me.”

“No,” Noah spat through clenched teeth. “Nobody. Happy now, you bastard?”

Cade’s knot throbbed so hard it hurt.

He lined up and drove in, one brutal thrust, balls-deep.

Noah roared, half pain, half relief, body locking up.

Cade didn’t give him time to breathe.

He pulled out and slammed back in, setting a punishing rhythm, hips snapping so hard the bench screeched across the concrete.

Every thrust shoved Noah forward, chest scraping metal, grease smearing across his tank.

“Harder,” Noah snarled, voice wrecked. “You wanna hurt me? Then fucking hurt me.”

Cade yanked him upright by the hair, spun him around, and threw him onto the hood of the half-finished Chevy in the corner.

Noah landed on his back, legs spread wide, cock leaking on his stomach.

Cade grabbed his ankles, folded him damn near in half, and drove back in.

The new angle punched a broken moan out of Noah.

Cade fucked him like that, knees hooked over his shoulders, Noah’s body bent like a pretzel, every thrust slamming into his prostate.

“Look at you,” Cade growled, eyes gold. “Taking Alpha cock like a good little omega slut.”

Noah’s claws raked down Cade’s chest, shredding his thermal shirt, leaving bloody lines.

“Call me that again and I’ll rip your throat out.”

Cade just grinned, feral, and fucked him harder.

The hood dented under them.

Noah came first, untouched, stripes of cum painting his own chest, body clamping down so hard Cade saw stars.

Cade snarled, pulled out, flipped him over like he weighed nothing.

Noah’s face hit the warm hood, ass in the air.

Cade spread him open again, watched his own cum drip out, and shoved three fingers in alongside it.

Noah screamed, back bowing.

“Still hungry,” Cade muttered. “Still need more.”

He replaced fingers with cock and started pounding again, one hand on Noah’s throat from behind, squeezing just enough.

Noah’s second orgasm hit dry, body shaking, claws carving grooves in the paint.

Cade’s knot was swelling huge now, catching on every stroke.

“Gonna knot you,” he bit out. “Gonna lock you to me and make you feel it for days.”

“Do it,” Noah sobbed, pushing back. “Fucking ruin me.”

Cade slammed home one last time and his knot blew.

The stretch was brutal.

Noah screamed, body locking up, claws out, cum spurting again.

They collapsed sideways onto the creeper board, still tied, Cade’s arms banded around Noah’s chest, knot pulsing, hot spurts filling him over and over.

Cade’s teeth grazed the claiming spot on Noah’s neck, instinct screaming to bite.

He didn’t.

Couldn’t.

Not yet.

They stayed like that, panting, bleeding, shaking.

Cade’s voice came out broken against Noah’s shoulder.

“I never stopped loving you.”

Noah’s fingers dug into Cade’s forearm, claws piercing skin.

“Then why the fuck does it still hurt so bad?”

Cade had no answer.

He just held him tighter while the knot throbbed and the snow kept falling.

“By dawn, I’ll be gone again, little wolf. Back to being the straight Alpha of Cliff Falls. Tonight never happened.”C
