"this is a very well written mystery. it takes hold from the first chapterand never lets up till the last chapter. it has moments of levity and banter throughout but underneath is the pull of the story. it taikes place in a small town but it full of suspense and feelings. you can relate to the mayor, the sherriff, the dective, the main character, and all the people. it makes it harder to choose a killer. a must read. "
