Full Synopsis:

In the midst of a fragile peace between rival empires during the Joseon Dynasty, a forbidden love blooms amidst the political chaos. Bleeding Hearts follows the life of Keshia Diop, a Senegalese-American princess adopted by the royal family of the Kazan Empire, whose heart is torn between duty and the man she cannot have.

When Keshia is sent to the Suihan Empire as a diplomatic envoy, she finds herself entangled in the tumultuous world of the Empire’s court, led by the ruthless Duke, Choi San.
