Armeria Trail | A Grimm Retelling

Summary

I watch, I listen, I wait patiently for the day that she leaves the path and sets foot into my forest. That will be the day I can finally make her mine, completely. ‪‪⋆✴︎˚。⋆ Someone’s watching me from the treeline. “Who’s there?” He’s trailing behind me like a creep with bad intentions, and those are exactly the kind of men Nana made me promise to stay away from. But he doesn’t make a move toward me, he doesn’t even step out of the brush. He simply cocks his head to the side, as if he’s studying me, like he’s wondering why I’m watching him watch me. Maybe he thinks I’ll run away, and the truth is I certainly should, but something about the way he’s looking at me keeps me frozen to my spot. Why did I leave the path?
