Backstories and Description
Seohee’s first week as a cop was supposed to be simple. Instead, she’s dodging bullets, babysitting criminals, and falling for a pink-haired killer she shouldn’t trust — in a world where love could be lethal.
Joae’s Backstory- His parents his died from a car crash 8 years ago. He gotten in the mafia world by Kyunsoo, who found him when he was 17. Ever since then, Kyunsoo took care of him, strengthening, growing, and building him up to become a killer or criminal. Joae was young, he didn’t know what he was doing was wrong. So he grew up, learning to kill. Kyunsoo has been like a dad to him, so Joae obeys him fully. He was never Kyunsoo favorite though, Kyunsoo has just been using him to complete his tasks and of course; be his minion. Joae has always been taking care of his sister, alone. He did it all by himself, Kyunsoo didn’t help. Joae favorite color is Light Blue and Pink. Different from his evil side, right? Tough on the outside, but broken and kind on the inside. His favorite food, drink, and snack is Ramen with cheese, Strawberry cheesecake, and strawberry milk. In the story, you can see him change slowly from knowing evilness, then showing his vulnerability side. He cry’s himself to sleep every day. He is always good at hiding his emotions. With all the people he has kidnapped or killed, none of them has stayed or wanted to know him. Who would want to anyway? He’s a killer! They’re doing right, you might say.. He sometimes have thought of doing su!cide from all the stress, guilt, and pressure this mafia job has been doing to him. He feels trapped in Kyunsoo’s grip, and he knows he cannot get out of it. You will get to know him, throughout the story.
Hwaji’s Backstory- He has suffered from losing his girlfriend because she cheated 11 years ago. He gotten in the mafia world by Kyunsoo, who found him when he was 19. Ever since then, Kyunsoo took care of him, strengthening, growing, and building him up to become a killer or criminal. Hwaji knows what he’s doing. And part of him wants to do it. To get revenge on his girlfriend and the world for treating him like this. He used to get bullied at school. So when you see this playful, funny guy...he’s hiding that pain with laughter. He grew up, learning to kill and make Kyunsoo proud. He has always been Kyunsoo’s favorite, the moment he laid eyes on him. The strong muscles and abs, and the loyalty he brings to Kyunsoo. Kyunsoo is more likely to listen to Hwaji than anyone else.But, he doesn’t get carried away if Hwaji starts to care. Hwaji’s favorite color is Dark Red. His favorite food, drink, and snack is fried chicken, soda, and pumpkin pie. He knows how to get on Kyunsoo’s good side and make him calm down. But he doesn’t sometimes, depending on the person’s punishment. He’s best friends with Joae, stealing the bank and doing things together. But sometimes, gets jealous when he hangs out with Seohee. You will get to know him, throughout the story.
Seohee’s Backstory- She has lost her boyfriend to a killer/criminal 5 years ago. The main reason she has became a cop, is because of him. To protect his legacy and soul. She has always hated men. Never trusted them, and might never will. Her only world and trust in is her friend, Chaejoon. He makes her feel safe and protected, in a friendship type of way. The only man she trusts. She gotten in the cop industry 1 week ago. Her childhood was partially about her getting bullied because she wanted to become an Artist. People couldn’t see her doing that, because she used to suck at drawing. She never believed in herself, and agreed to get another job from now on.. Her favorite color is Black and Purple. Her favorite food, drink, and snack is Spicy ramen plus bibimbap, orange juice, chocolate chip cookies. You will get to know her, throughout the story.
Chaejoon’s Backstory- He has always wanted to be perfect for others. His family is a chaotic messy household; people fighting, throwing things, getting drunk, hurting each other, yelling at him. He trusts Seohee to make his doubts and fear go away. He knows he’s safe when he’s around her. He also gets protective when he needs to. He’s serious most of the time, but likes to joke when it’s not a serious moment. He has been in the cop industry for 7 years. His favorite color is Yellow. His favorite food, drink, and snack is steak, boba tea, and nerds candy. You will get to know him, throughout the story.
Kyunsoo’s Backstory- He found Joae and Hwaji when they were young, and has made them his minions or mafia gang years ago. He used to get bullied for being skinny, short, weak, and weird. He hated that. He had a crush on this one girl, she laughed at him and left for another guy. He made a promise to himself, that no one will ever bully him again, and they didn’t. They are all scared of him. And he likes it. He has been in this Mafia journey for 13 years. His favorite color is Black and White. His favorite food, drink, and snack is Korean BBQ chicken, wine, and crackers. You will get to know him, throughout the story.
Hyeyoon’s Backstory- Is Kyunsoo’s friend and helper. Rest of her description isn’t discovered yet...
Hana’s Backstory- A cop in the Namsan County industry. She’s friends with Seohee, and Chaejoon. Rest of her description isn’t discovered yet...
Eunbi’s Backstory- She is now being hold hostage by Kyunsoo and lives in the mansion. She was born in the mansion, because she’s only 8 years old and Joae has joined the mafia gang 8 years ago. She is Joae’s younger sister. Rest of her description isn’t discovered yet...
