What is your opinion?

Such a lovely read!

"Absolutely loved reading this! It was such a beautifully written story, with characters who were incredibly well-developed and so easy to become invested in. I genuinely enjoyed watching both characters grow and evolve throughout the story. The writing was captivating from beginning to end, and somehow, I reached the 96th chapter without even realising how far I’d gotten! Every chapter flowed so effortlessly that I simply didn’t want it to end. A truly beautiful and unforgettable read! ❤️"

GAY BUT AFRICAN IS A MASTERPIECE

"Okay, I’ll be honest—I knew this book was going to be a banger from the plot and synopsis. What I didn’t know was that it would exceed my expectations this much. I love this book so much, and I want what Fred and Dr. John have so bad. It honestly feels like I’m living Fred’s life. That’s how real and alive the story feels. Excellent writing, I must say—really, really good. I have a lot to say about this book, but I don’t even know if writing longer reviews is allowed here, because I’m tired right now and I’m also craving Dr. Kayode (John) hehe. Okay, this story is a solid 11/10 for me. Although there are a few minor punctuation typos—lol—I honestly feel like they were intentional or staged, because you are an excellent writer. Okay, time to go. I’ll drop another review later. To anyone curious about reading this book: it’s a solid yes, a solid worth it, and a solid masterpiece. King Debra is truly the KING!"

GAY BUT AFRICAN

"It's an emotional rollercoaster but not too heavy on the erotic side🤗🤗. Sincerely, the writer carefully captures the dilemma of the LGBTQ that are in the closet and portrays it through the lens of the lovers. My country Nigeria doesn't support LGBTQIA 🌈🌈 but lots of people are suffering in silence due to criticism from the society ( family, friends, church, mosques etc)"

Gay but African

"This is a good and easy read. The author does a good job of painting a vivid picture of the characters and their struggles. It is relatable and evocative. It has a good pace and just the right amount of spice. The story is about a specific experience in a specific African country. So, I would suggest that he considers a different title as the current one is ok but generalized. All in all, I would recommend this book to anyone looking for a good coming of age story with a healthy dose of love and romance. Kudos! "
