Chapter 1
Officer Henry-“What does it look like to you?”
Officer Rogers-“I don’t know anything for certain. This case is literally mind boggling to me.”
Officer Henry-“Did the CCTV capture anything?”
Officer Rogers-“No, Nothing at all than where did she disappear?”
Officer Henry-“Maybe someone kidnapped her but there is no trace of anything, no phone call for ransom.”
Officer Henry-“Maybe I will have to go and check by myself for more clues maybe I will go to that spot at the same time when she boarded the metro maybe I would find something unusual out of the ordinary. “
Officer Rogers-“Yeah, But you know there are rumors going around town it could have been ‘IT’. ‘IT’ is always spotted in the metro.”
Officer Henry-“You mean to sa—-“
Officer Rogers– “Don’t say it’s name. Rumors have it that it can even follow you even if you utter its name.”
Officer Henry-“Okay FINE!!. I don’t believe in this crap. So I will go there to find some evidence ,will you join me?”
Officer Rogers-” No , I would recommend you not to go there by yourself.
Officer Henry-“Whatever, I am going maybe we could get some lead ,some direction for this case as it is getting very complicated and there is no conclusion for this case and today I will find it anyhow.”
Officer Rogers-“Alright what can I say, if you are so determined and stubborn go ahead. But I would like to give you something for your protection.”
Officer Henry-“What!!? You are giving me holy water and a cross, Are you nuts? Hahahaha 🤣🤣. This would not be required rogers for god’s sakes we are cops catching criminals not ghost hunters catching ghosts. Are you for real right now?”
Officer Rogers-“Laugh all you want,You have to take it with you Please just take it with you for the sake of your wife and kids.”
Officer Henry-“Alright Fine, But I didn’t knew that someone being a cop had a side business of being a paranormal investigator.”
Officer Rogers-“Yeah yeah yeah, joke all you want, You will thank me later if shit goes sideways, I hope it doesn’t.”
Officer Henry-“Okay Rogers, but why do you carry holy water with you, are you scared? that some being from the other world is going to jump on you. Do you believe in this bulls***?”
Officer Rogers– “Yeah, I don’t carry holy water everyday today I did lucky for you.”
Officer Henry-“Okay, I am heading towards the metro station as it is already 12:15 am. Maybe I will find something. See you tomorrow.”
Officer Rogers-” See you tomorrow brother.”
“As he left, I didn’t knew what would be heading his way some criminal or something else but if you ask me I wish for the 1st option rather than the later one.
So, I went home that day at 12:30 am to my home and I wished that I would be able to see him tomorrow. The next day happened and I waited for him. As the clocked ticked by my eyes kept searching for him.
2 hours went by and he hadn’t appeared today, he was never this late for his job. He was one of the most punctual person at his job. So I was anxious. Only I knew that he went by himself to solve the case as it was our responsibility to bring the case to an end.
I thought maybe he has fallen sick. So I tried to call him but there was no one answering the call , the phone was switched off.
I was like that is weird. Maybe I will go towards his home and checkup on him. So I went to his home but his family was not at home. His home was locked. So I went to the Metro station at 11:30 pm. I was afraid as well but had to go to find what had happened to my friend.
I searched for clues, any evidence but there was nothing available so finally I was about to give up but than I saw the time and it was 12:30 am and I was like oh shit, now I am screwed, now I have entered the deep waters and there is no turning back now.
There were less people on the platform now there were like only one or two people. But I thought maybe I could search the security footage and get some clues. So as I was heading towards it. I heard a whisper in my left ear of a lady I couldn’t figure out what she was saying but I could tell from which direction it was coming. So I looked towards my left direction and there not so far in dim light there was some figure in white clothing standing. I said WHO’S THERE!!!? The other person sitting on the bench looked at me and than I saw his face.
I saw that he didn’t have any eyes it was only darkness like pitch black . I got spooked and I screamed and ran outside of the Metro station, breathing heavily as I caught my breath.
I didn’t knew what to do just headed straight towards my home and slept that night terrified. As I have never seen something like this ever in my life. From that point I knew that ‘IT’ may have played role in disappearance of my friend and that girl.
The next week the news came that Henry’s entire family went missing to this day no one knows what happened to Henry and his family but according to CCTV footage. He boarded the Metro train after investigating and didn’t leave the Metro at any station. Till this day no one knows what happened to him but I know what could It be but no one would believe me as I was face to face with death itself."
