Neeti Singh — 23-year-old MBBS student, following in her elder sister’s footsteps; she pretends to be different from Preeti and hides her affection behind taunts and teasing.
Shreya Verma — 26-year-old psychiatrist; works in the same hospital as Preeti, a colleague who is more like her best friend.
