"This is a well written story that makes the reader care about all the characters. That said I can't understand why anyone would enjoy that kind of pain. There has to be a better way to deal with stress and leadership. I don't see Evelyn really changing since she has to continue being an overbearing boss in order to give herself permission to be punished. "
