Chapter 1
storyline 1: darkside
In the world of the lings,there is a boy called darkside who lives alone in an abadoned mineshaft very deep forest outside a certain kingdom.
*Swishhh, fuzzzz* a blazing fire was burning in front of a boy he stare at his home being burn to ashes and heared the cries of his parent, he tried to run into the blazing home to save his parent then, *pat* a hand patted on the boy shoulder and the boy turn around to see who it was but it was a strange figure that was covered in wounds,
"Pant , pant" Hey darkside don't stare stare at the fire or you will get hurt .... huh!? Said the strange figure, then some another figures appear to eliminate them, they were professional assassins that was assign to kill darkside and the strange figure, "hugh!!" The strange figure grab darkside hand to run but "huh?" Darkside was too scare to move due to both overwhelming stress and fear then *grab* the strange figure grab darkside to run but they were attacked by the assassins, the assassins mock them saying that they heared that this strange figure was tough to handle but they found it obvious 🤔 that the one they thought was dangerous but he weak instead, "pant, pant , hughh!" The strange figure was lying on the ground then suddenly channels his last mana into the leg and *pigbacked* pigback darkside who is unconscious due to the attack and *dash* both the strange figure and darkside went far away from the assassins who thinks they were dead and some time later they stop at a mountain far from the kingdom "huff, huff ,hughh!!" The strange figure was tired and also was in pain while darkside was still unconscious *pat, pat* the strange figure pat darkside head then "hehehehe" another figure appear to laugh at the strange figure and the strange figure took a fighting stance to fight then, "hahahahahahah" the figure laugh at the strange figure who is processing how to escape from this maniac, "hey, don't think you can escape from me because those idiots did not even bothered to kill you because you fake to die huh?" The figure appears to be the leader of the assassins then boom a beam of light shot straight a the strange figure chest when it look it was over for both darkside and the strange figure darkside instinctively push the strange figure away from the attack luckily the attack did not hurt them but *kaboom!!!* the attack blows up upon colliding with the surface both darkside and the strange figure was thrown away from the mountain's surface and was falling because there was no footing to land on and fell into the water, the water current was too strong and sweeps the both of them to a different location, darkside was barely conscious and was sweep to another location.
A while later darkside woke up only to find himself in a very deep forest late at night, it was very scary for him because he was a four years old then he start crying silently already missing his family after he cried he fell asleep beside a tree due to the crying.
The next morning darkside woke up from his sleep and was about to cry but he slap himself to snap back to reality because he knew crying will not bring back the past then he look around to look if there was anyone unusual in the environment he is now and found out it was a forest, he stood up and pick up a stick to further investigate and gather resources he found a berry bush and pluck one berry to fill his stomach and gather the rest to use it for later use and continue exploring until he found an abandoned mineshaft in the forest then he look at the sky which the sun is about to settle and he took courage to enter that mineshaft to explore as he venture into it the light began to slowly lose it light due to the day was almost over *snap* he snap his finger to create a little flame on his palm to create light for him to explore the cave well,a little while later he found a dead skeleton holding a pickaxe on it right hand tightly gripping it as if it life depends on it then *snap* darkside took the pickaxe which seem heavy for him to carry but he do not mind and continue to explore the cave a while later he found a shiny ruby ore laying on the cave floor then he tried to mine the ore but forgot that the pickaxe was heavy for him and as he barely lift the pickaxe and strike at the ore to mine it he misses it and strike on the cave floor *crack* a crack appear under darkside and he fell into it , *thump* he fell flat on another layer of the cave "huh?? where am i" he asked himself and wonder where he was but to his massive shock this cave was a safe zone and was brimming with colorful ores around him,it keeps monsters away from there not only he found ores but two pool with each one having a normal temperature and warm temperature and also found a giant boulder blocking another path to where monsters can dwell, he check the ores and found out it was a holy ores he had read this before because he thinks the ores do not exist and he do not even enjoy boring topic it was told it was use by the church to chase out any demons or monsters because they possess demon power and he look around took pick up his pickaxe he drop while dropping and declare that this will be his new home.
And so darkside started his new journey with a new home to dwell in.
