Summary

TITLE: I Got Cheat in My World, Became Strong Rai Kim is not chosen by destiny, bloodline, or prophecy. He is chosen because he survives. In a world where dungeons appear without warning and humanity adapts to monsters, mana, and awakened Hunters, Rai walks into a situation meant to kill him—the Double Dungeon. He survives, and that survival draws the attention of Diager, the former Spirit Monarch. Rai awakens to a forbidden authority that governs death itself. Yet unlike others, he does not seek power, fame, or control. He avoids politics, refuses leadership, and lives quietly among civilians. His calm is not emptiness—it is restraint born from loss. As Monarchs—world-ending entities representing destruction itself—descend upon Earth, nations collapse and SS-rank Hunters prove insufficient. Rai fights not to rule, but to protect. Every use of his power damages reality, forcing him to choose carefully. After the final war, Rai refuses kingship and instead creates the HELP Army—a law-bound spirit force designed to protect humanity without controlling it. This is a dark fantasy about responsibility over domination, guilt over glory, and a man powerful enough to rule the world—who chooses not to.

Chapter 1 – The Dimonsil Gate

I Got Cheat in My World, Became Strong Chapter 1 – The Dimonsil Gate

Rain falls over the neon skyline of Arkaion City. Red sirens flash across cracked rooftops. Hover drones scan the streets where shadows crawl from the ground. Narration: “Year 2175. Humanity stands on the edge of extinction. Dimonsil Cracks — tears between worlds — bleed monsters into our cities.” Five figures stand on a broken highway.

Their armor gleams in the rain — futuristic, battle-worn, glowing faintly with blue circuits. Captain Mira: “Gate energy’s unstable again. Sector 12 is showing massive readings.” Rai Sung (quietly): “Doesn’t matter. We finish the mission and seal it.” Blaze (grinning): “You sure, rookie? Last time you almost lost your arm.” Rai (smirks slightly): “Then I’ll fight with the other one.” Lightning flashes.

The portal before them ripples like liquid fire — the Dimonsil Gate. Mira: “Move out!” They step in.-- Inside the Gate: The world twists. Gravity bends. The air inside the rift smells like burning ozone and blood. Dark shapes float in the mist. Blaze: “I hate this place. Feels like it’s watching us.” Rai: “Stay close. The scanners are jammed.

” A low growl echoes. Then — a roar. A Dimon Beast leaps from the shadows — part metallic, part flesh, dripping molten energy. Mira: “Formation B! Fire!” Gunfire lights the mist. Energy bolts slam into the monster’s hide — useless. It charges. Rai: “Incoming—!” He blocks the first strike — thrown back into a wall, armor shattering. Pain sears his ribs. Mira: “Rai’s down! Fall back!” They drag him deeper into the dungeon tunnels as the creature roars behind them.

-- Boss Room: They reach a huge chamber — ancient runes glow on walls made of black crystal. At the center stands a massive humanoid demon — its chest burning with red symbols. Mira: “No way… that’s a Dimonsil General…” Blaze: “We’re not equipped for this! We need backup!” Rai: “If we run... it’ll reach the city. Someone has to hold it.” Mira: “Don’t be an idiot! You’re half-dead!” Rai: “Then I’ll die fighting.” He steps forward — one man against a mountain of darkness.

-- The Battle: The beast’s claws smash into the floor. Shockwaves ripple through stone. Rai slides under the strike, blade flashing with blue sparks. Rai (gritting teeth): “Move faster... breathe... focus…” He slashes, but the beast blocks. Its tail sweeps — Rai barely dodges. Cuts open across his chest. Blood sprays. His body trembles. Beast (roaring):

“FRAIL HUMAN!” Rai: “Maybe… but I don’t break.” The monster impales him through the shoulder — lifts him into the air. Rai (thinking): “I can’t… I can’t die yet… Mira... Blaze... everyone…” Suddenly — a faint pulse of light from his chest. His eyes flash blue. His aura erupts like fire. System Voice: “Spirit Drive… activation 9%.“-- Awakening: Energy bursts outward — the entire dungeon trembles. Runes on the walls flare alive. The beast staggers, its arm melting in radiant energy. Rai (roaring): “RAAAAHHH!” His sword ignites in spirit flame — every strike echoes like thunder.

The beast slams him back, but Rai keeps moving — faster, sharper, relentless. Mira (radio): “What’s happening in there?!” Blaze: “That energy— it’s off the charts!” With a final swing, Rai drives his blade through the monster’s chest — a massive explosion of light and shadow. System Voice: “Spirit Drive… awakening 15%... unstable.

“-- Collapse: The boss collapses. The dungeon ceiling cracks. Rai falls to one knee — aura flickering. His vision fades. Rai: “Did I… do it?” Mira: “Rai! Hold on!” Blaze: “He’s bleeding out— move!” They grab him as the portal begins to collapse behind them. Blue light consumes everything. -- Hospital — 30 Days Later: A beeping monitor. White light. Rai opens his eyes — confused, dizzy. His body wrapped in bandages. Nurse: “You’re awake. You’ve been out for thirty days.” Rai: “The team…?” Mira: “Alive. Thanks to you.

” Rai: “Good… that’s… good.” He looks at his hand — faint blue energy pulses beneath his skin. Narration: “Something inside him had awakened. Something not human.” Outside, a broadcast echoes through the city: TV Reporter: “Breaking news — a second Dimonsil Gate has appeared in Sector 9…” Rai (thinking): “I’m not ready… but I will be.
