Incubus (a mutituide of one shots)

it was a nomal night. or at least that was what i thought.

i started that night with a phone call with my friends, as normal, but that night i decided to go to the bar. As i grab my keys and head out the door i hear a door close in my house. that would be normal but,

i was alone.

i slowly backed into the stairwell and looked up towards the second floor. something catches my eye and i turn on my phone flashlight on an face it towards the upstairs. something shiny glimmers when hit with the light, my feet slowly make their way up the stairs and to the second floor.

As I made my way up to the level, my eyes never leave the shiny item. as soon as i am off the stairs i see it. roses with a mirror tied around it with a silk ribbon.

what is this doing here?

but most importantly...

how did it get here?

thoughts trap my mind as i grab the roses the mirror drops to the carpeted ground,

"shit." i mutter. I bend down to the floor and as i do i feel a presence behind me.

stay calm. act normal.

something about the presence feels dauting and dangerous. something that for some reason feels nice.

I grab the mirror and look in it, keeping it eye level with me as i stand up. as i do i see something standing behind me though the mirror. i blink and its still there.

why didn't i turn on the lights.

i act normal and walk towards the lights.

"stop."

My heart drops. someone's here, behind me. in my house. i shut my eyes tight and put the mirror back up to look behind my shoulder, as i open my eyes i see nothing. relief floods through my body.

nothing's there.

"other shoulder baby." a voice whispers in the darkness, my heart stops beating, for a moment.

"your not real, there is no way you are real." i say out loud stuttering.

i feel a hand on my arm, and then a cool voice breaks through the silence.

"oh, i am very real. and if you want to stay alive you will do what i want you to." his voice rasps.

i start to run down the stairs and i hear him call out behind me,

"you can run but you can't stop me from catching you little bunny, i always love a good little chase." his voice booms through the house as he starts counting down i try to find the keys for the front door, weirdly enough they aren't there.

I could hear it, just behind me, the scrape of sneakers against the wooden floor, deliberate, slow, calculating. The sound froze me for a fraction of a second.

No. I couldn’t stop. Not now.

I lunged into the first doorway I encountered, slamming it shut behind me and pressing my back against it, trying to quiet my ragged breathing. My hands shook violently, leaving streaks of sweat on the cool doorknob, but I had to keep moving.

"come on baby, you cant keep me waiting like this, you shouldn't keep your guest waiting in the dark? tell me what's your name at least." i had a feeling this was a trap. where i would tell him my name and get stabbed in the back for it, soon i wouldn't even be alive, and my name would be jane doe for god sake.

the fight in me took over and the question came out.

"what do you want." i yell into the darkness, i hear him stop walking and turn towards the closet of the room i was in.

"there you are,-" he starts walking towards me, and i start shaking, he stops just short of the closet door and tilts his head, something was very wrong with this man. his hand reaches out and hovers over the doorknob.

"i will let you come out first, but if you don't i will drag you out." his voice changed from calm to dangerous. as he retracted his hand i felt the warmth from him leave. for some reason i liked the warmth that he gave off.

i open the closet door and he takes a step back, right into the dimmly lit light. as i looked at him i noticed something about him, his eyes where unhumanly colored. hints of red and pink, around a blue iris.

"what the fuck are you?" i mutter as i am entangled with his eyes with mine, never have i ever wanted this man, who broke into my house, to fuck me senseless.

"amazing isnt bunny. something that you could never understand." my eyes trail down to the scar on his eyes. right underneath them was a heart, a black spiral heart. i take a step back, and he steps forward. his hand wraps around my waist and my breath leaves me.

what am i doing?

this wasnt good. i was falling in love with a burglar. someone i don't even know.

"what i am going to do, is break you in, just like i did to your house little bunny. you think you can be a good girl for your master?"

master?

i hate to admit it but i almost said yes, instead i stood there, feeling his hands, and strong arms hold me in place as if holding me from running again. with one fluid motion he tosses me up onto his shoulder. i shriek, and he starts to walk towards the stairs. as we approach the second floor he puts me down and point to the open door, the one that led to my bed room.

your kidding me.

i walk to the room and stand staring at the bed,

"strip."

a tear trickles down my cheek. my legs start to tremble and i start shaking,

"dont make me say it again." he takes a step closer to me and i feel his warmth, as i dont move he pushes his body agaisnt mine and his hands snakes its way up towards my chest and wrapping around my neck, my eyes go wide.

SHIT.

i gasp for air as he firmly grabs my neck and whispers in my ear.

"i told you to be a good girl for your master, but now i will do it for you." his hand stays at my neck and his other one rips my shirt off and unhooks my bra. he throws the clothes on the floor and holds my breasts.
