Five ⭐️

"Softly immersive and quietly intriguing. There’s a gentle tension beneath the surface that keeps you leaning in, with details that feel just slightly off in the most compelling way. It lingers in your mind long after you’ve stepped away."

Adorably romantic!

"I love this! 😍 This story is classically romantic, for even time cannot keep these lovebirds apart. The author blends soft, timeless romance with steamy bits and all the feels in between! The descriptions of the setting down to the character's clothing is crafted with care beautifully and meticulously. One of the things I love about this slow burning story is the development of the characters feelings. In particular, the FMC's struggle to find her place in 1904 after working as a surgeon is compelling. Again, the details of her new life on a farm is incredible! Then there is her undeniable pull to the MMC. The MMC isn't your typical widower, which I found refreshing. He's thoughtful, charismatic, and gentle. The lightness he brings to the story balances the FMC's struggle to come to terms with her situation. I'm looking forward to reading what's in store for Imogen and Donovan! 💜"

Anazing book!

"Whispers in the Fog is one of those stories that quietly wraps itself around you and doesn’t let go. From the very first pages, the atmosphere feels rich and alive — mist-filled streets, soft tension, and that subtle feeling that something emotional is always just beneath the surface. Charlotte, Imogen, and Donovan already feel wonderfully real. Their interactions are layered, gentle, and emotionally charged in a way that makes you lean closer to every scene. The way they move together — especially moments like walking through the fog — feels intimate without needing to be loud about it, which makes it even more powerful. The writing style is beautiful and immersive. Every chapter feels carefully crafted, with just the right balance of romance, mystery, and slow-burn emotion. It’s the kind of story you don’t rush through — you want to savour it, letting the mood and the characters sink in. This story has a quiet magic to it. If you love romantic, atmospheric reads with emotional depth and gorgeous prose, Whispers in the Fog is absolutely one to add to your library. I’m already excited to see where this unfolds next. 💫"
