Great start of the series
"The author has mastered delivering mystery and suspense in a way that promise sweet satisfaction at the end. Each chapter peels back a layer of a rich history, secrets and something lurking on the edges of the dreaming and waking world that makes you question the trajectory of the series. I loved the cliffhangers, the beautiful writing that seemed to both give generously and nothing away, leaving you wanting more. The ending, while surprisingly different from the rest, is the thing that makes you go and add Book II immediately, it feels like a whole new world is waiting for you and I can't wait to see how the FMC (now that I understand her) will handle it. Great writing author. Off to Book II. 🤎🤎🤎 "
Truly Hooking
"This story hooked me from start to finish. Even though it’s only the first part and meant to be more of a prelude, it doesn’t fall short at all. The author does a great job building tension and escalating the mystery with each chapter, making it increasingly intense. And when certain parts are finally revealed, they land with exactly the right impact. I can’t wait to dive into the next part."
