This book is made of all the words we never said out loud, even when they lived loudly inside us. The feelings we held back for family, friends, and those special souls who meant more to us than we could ever explain. The confessions we rehearsed in our minds but never dared to speak.

We were too scared to express, too unsure to be honest, and sometimes too afraid of what the truth might change. So instead of speaking, we stayed silent. Instead of writing, we held on. Instead of choosing courage, we chose distance and called it “ignoring,” even when it hurt.
