Summary

Sanvi Shetty had always been a mystery, even to those who thought they knew her best. In the sterile corridors of hospitals, she was a healer, a doctor whose reputation placed her in high demand, yet her eyes carried secrets that no scalpel could cut open. She was fire disguised as calm, a woman who could silence a room with her presence. When she first stood before Rudraksh Singhania, the man whose very name was whispered like a death sentence in the underground world, she did not tremble. Instead, she called him a mannequin, stripping away the illusion of invincibility he wore like armor. That moment was not just defiance—it was destiny. For Rudraksh, the Volcanic, the Italian Mafia lord hidden behind the mask of a global businessman, had never met someone who dared to speak to him as if he were merely a man. And in Sanvi’s fire, he found both a challenge and a salvation. Rudraksh’s empire had been born from trauma, carved at the age of twenty when pain became his teacher and shadows his allies. The underground realm was his creation, a labyrinth of loyalty and betrayal, where silence was survival and power was absolute. Yet even volcanoes need fire to erupt, and Sanvi became that spark. Together, they were destruction and rebirth, a union that threatened to consume the world around them. But Rudraksh was not alone in his dynasty. His younger brother Akash Singhania, the jolly face of the Singhania Company, played the role of CFO in daylight while transforming into a phantom hacker at night. His laughter was a mask, his charm a distraction, for in the underground realm he was the mind behind the machines, the one who ensured their empire remained invisible to the world above. Akash had never believed in love, dismissing it as weakness, until Kiara Shergil entered his life. She was a lawyer, sharp and resilient, yet scarred by years of abuse from a stepmother who saw her as nothing more than a burden. Kiara underestimated herself, doubted her worth, until Akash told her what she truly meant to him. In his words, she found strength, and in her laughter, he found a reason to believe.

MEET KIARA AND SANVI

The morning sun filtered through the hallway windows, but Sanvi didn’t have a second to admire it. The rhythmic thud-thud-thud of her sneakers hitting the wooden stairs echoed through the house as she took them two at a time, her white coat draped over one arm and her stethoscope peeking out from her bag.

“Sanvi, slow down! You’ll trip,” her mother called out from the kitchen, the scent of fresh parathas drifting through the air. “I’ve set the table. Sit down and eat at least a few bites of breakfast.”

Sanvi didn’t stop. She reached the bottom step, skidding slightly on the rug as she fumbled for her car keys.

“I can’t, Ma! I’m already ten minutes behind schedule,” Sanvi replied breathlessly, glancing at her watch. She offered a quick, apologetic wave toward the kitchen. “There’s a shift handover at the hospital, and I have a patient I need to check on first thing. I’ll grab a coffee there!”

“But Sanvi—”

“Love you, bye!”

The heavy front door clicked shut before her mother could argue further.

Sanvi was sitting in her cabin reading her upcoming patient’s surgery. A nurse knocks the door. ”Come in “. “Doc patient is ready”, nurse said.

She quickly grabbed her coat and went towards the OT. It was a 3 whole hrs. successful surgery. She came out of the OT, a lady nearly in her 70′s came towards her “How is my son, doc”. “Your son is out of danger, surgery was successful. Patient will be unconscious for few hours.” she said. “Thank you, doc may god bless, you”. lady said. She smiled and went towards her cabin. The surgery was sort of critical.

After her surgery she clean herself and started studying her upcoming patient’s reports. Suddenly her cabin door opened. Without even looking up she said, “Kiara how many times have i told you knock before you enter”. Kiara said, “Bro aise bol rhi hai jaise tera koyi boyfriend ho tere cabin mein”(you are saying this as if you have a boyfriend). Sanvi signed and started focusing on her reports again. “Bro lets go for shopping”, kiara said,“kyu teri shaadi hai??” (Why, are you getting married?)

“Kya anap shanap bol rhi hai tu shanu, I won my most important case today pls na chal” kiara said. “Ok chal beside I don’t have any appointments now” Sanvi said.

(What nonsense are you talking, Shanu)

Sanvi quickly packed up her things and started going towards her car. They started going towards the mall

“Bro see this, today’s magazine’s front page ‘THE RUDRAKSH SINGHANIA’ ″Kiara said showing her the front page of the magazine. Sanvi was least interested in seeing the magazine her focus was on road and she said “Kia leave this turn on the music I am least interested in seeing ‘THE SINGHANIA’ ”

Kiara who was focused on a dress didn’t hear what sanvi said but signed and turn the page Kiara sensing her worry asked her “What happened kia”. “Ntg bro just saw a dress but I guess i am not worthy of it see the size it will not fit me” Sanvi after hearing this turned towards her “Kia the dress is not worthy of you aur khabardar agr tune apne size ke baare mein kuch bola toh meri chalti firti teddy hai tu” (Kia, that dress is not worthy of you, and beware if you say anything about your size, you’re my walking, talking teddy bear!)

“ha ha maska laga I know I weigh too much mumma is always concern about my PCOD problem” Kiara said

“Bro honestly I want to become like you look at you, you r so good and healthy and look at me just a broom stick” Kiara laughed “and about your PCOD problem don’t worry it’s not your fault so stop overthinking” Sanvi said. “Sanu you r the best” Kiara said “Tell me something I don’t know and stop this overthinking and play music” Sanvi said she knew Kiara was still overthinking she bent towards the door and was about to play music but suddenly the car stopped.

“Offo Sanu tune gadi mein petrol kab daala tha we are getting late; I need to go to my office after shopping to finish my work of 2 days too, and there is no rickshaw passing by” Kiara asked her with a lil anger.

Sanvi gave an embarrassed smile, “Kiara chill we will call the mechanic and ask for the lift my inner sense is saying someone will come”

“O inner sense idiot dekhte hai kaun lift deta hai” Kiara said with an annoying face

Just as they were standing a car came and Sanvi tried to stop the car by waving her hand
