Chapter 1: Pilot
Long before kingdoms learned the meaning of harmony, before churches rang bells of hope, there existed a world beneath our own hidden, breathing, watching. They called it The upside down.
A twisted realm where the sky burned like dying embers and the ground whispered with the bones of the forgotten. Mountains floated like shattered teeth in the air. Rivers flowed backward, carrying shadows instead of water. In this cursed dimension lived creatures born from hunger, rage, and darkness, monsters of ruthless power, ancient beyond memory. And above them all ruled one being, Lord Vagabond – Eater of souls.
A towering figure wrapped in living smoke and burning armor of bone. His eyes glowed like dying suns, and every breath he took drained life from the air itself. He fed not on flesh alone, but on fear, hope and human souls. Each soul strengthened his reign and widened the gate between worlds. For centuries, the gate remained sealed.
In the quiet hills of a small medieval village, lanterns flickered softly. Farmers rested. Children slept. The church bell stood silent under a pale moon. Then the wind died, animals screamed. The earth trembled as if something massive stirred beneath it. A massive dark fog opened in the clouds, swirling like a wounded storm. From it poured black smoke and burning sparks. The air became cold and heavy, choking villagers with fear. Then they came.
Monsters with twisted bodies, glowing eyes, and razor claws descended upon the village. Some crawled on the walls like insects. Other flew with torn wings, screaming like tortured souls. Fire swallowed rooftops. Stone shattered. Screams filled the night.
