Chapter 1: The Reunion
The Reunion
The reunion brings them back together, a group of friends from the past. Each of them had gone their separate ways; some living perfect lives while others struggled to make ends meet. But at this moment, there was no strife, no judgement-- only the desire to relive some of the best moments of their youth.
Upon arriving, they find that the town has changed very little. Still the same old buildings and streets from their youth. Still the same secrets, and perhaps even the same ways of life. But one change was obvious; they were different.
They stroll in to the reunion grounds. Animosity and pain, feelings they had held onto for so long, begin to dissolve away. It felt like a chance to start anew.
The reunion had taken setbacks, however. It seemed that the security guard they had hired was nowhere to be found. Without him, they would not be able to protect their precarious plan.
The energy of the group changes as the need for a solution becomes more dire.
Their plan was ready, but without a security guard, it was impossible to proceed.
Find a willing volunteer from the party.
